Injury Management:
Didactic: 1 four-hour session, and 8 three-hour sessions
NCBTMB Credits: 28 hours
Description: This training introduces various types of injuries to specific muscles and groups. Upon completion of this course, practitioners will demonstrate rehabilitative massage techniques in treating these injuries and corresponding muscles.

Reflexology:
Didactic: 1 six-hour session
NCBTMB Credits: 6 hours
Description: Utilizing the mapping of the organs and body system’s on the feet, this training will allow practitioners to effectively integrate Reflexology into a massage session or provide a “sole” Reflexology session.

Pregnancy Massage:
Didactic: 1 six-hour session
NCBTMB Credits: 6 hours
Description: This course will begin with a foundation in understanding the physical and structural adjustments during pregnancy, the benefits, and the contraindications for prenatal massage. Students will learn appropriate methods to perform full-body therapeutic massage during pregnancy, labor, and after delivery.

Ethics & Etiquette:
Didactic: 1 six-hour session
NCBTMB Credits: 6 hours
Description: This advanced training will provide massage therapy/bodywork practitioners with the education and knowledge to successfully assess a difficult situation and decide on the proper action to take. It will also cover establishing a code of ethics and standards of practice as guidelines for creating a professional, safe, moral, and legal session.

Russian Massage:

Description: This course will allow practitioners to understand the basic principles and practices of spa techniques. It will discuss the therapeutic uses of water in the treatment of disease and the promotion of health. Staying Healthy for the Massage Therapist:
Didactic: 1 four-hour session

Description: This course provides guidance on how to use equipment and supplies, position the body, and how to perform massage therapy strokes in a manner that maximizes efficient delivery and minimizes stress on your body.

Deep Tissue (for Spa Therapists):
Didactic: 2 four-hour session
NCBTMB Credits: 8 hours
Description: This course introduces the philosophy and techniques of
deep tissue. Therapists will learn to incorporate the tools and
specific strokes of deep tissue into a balanced massage flow. Focus is
on maximizing results, maintaining body mechanics, and understanding
the theory of structural bodywork.
